May 2018

Well all … we made it through the winter!!!  It did seem like a very long one this year with no end in site.  But with the Sun Shining and the Temps getting warmer, there is a new Spring Buzz in the Air.  We at the ACI of WNY hope you all have a Safe and Prosperous 2018.  If we can help in anyway, please feel free to contact any Board Member.

May is a busy month for all but we hope you take time out to come to our 2018 Awards Banquet.  The event takes place May 18th  at the Seneca Niagara Casino.  We will be having a Trivia Game during dinner, should be a great night with Industry Friends and Families enjoying the great projects of WNY.  Please see out Events schedule for further details.

Keeping it short and sweet, I hope to see you at the Awards and throughout the summer.  Be Safe and Have Fun!

Letter from the Secretary

October 30th

So, I’m kind of new around here. I’ve been working for Upstate Rebar as their outside sales rep for almost three years now. And two years ago I was invited to an ACI lunch and learn that opened so many new doors for me. Not only was I in a room of current and potential customers, I was learning so much about concrete, the industry and how we can all help each other succeed and grow in our business. So when I learned about the opportunity to serve this organization as Secretary I jumped at it!

My first official order of business was to do what I do best, THROW A PARTY!! Friday December 1st the ACI of WNY will be hosting a FREE meet and greet happy hour starting at 3pm, with lots of food and beverages at RIVERWORKS, located at 359 Ganson St. Buffalo, NY 14203. Come join us! Meet your loyal ACI board members old and new! We look forward to seeing you there.
